1. Luscinia Hafez (Last Exile - Fam, the Silver Wing)
He is one of my favorite antagonist. He is the Prime Minister of the Ades Federation and attacked the Kingdom of Turan during a Peace Treaty at the Grand Lake, thus ignited a war.
I think the one that caused him become an antagonist is when the assassination of Impress Farahnaz Augusta, as said by the Impress Daughter, Sara Augusta, Luscinia felt guilty about her death and keep blaiming it on himself. But his great charisma (as it say on the wiki) and his kinda emo attitude makes him hot and cool guy. He rarely shows emotional expression like desperate, anger or happiness, and thus makes him kinda emo character. Ahh... he such a great character and antagonist,, too bad he died.
2. Ulquiorra Cifer (Bleach)
He is the real Emo God, he never shown any expression except frowning, he speaks in monotone voice, he didn't understand what a heart is, even his aspect of death is Nihilism (emptiness or nothingness). And his habit of calling people beneath him a trash add a little spice.
Yes, I know being 4th Espada in Aizen Arrancar Army means a lot of loyalty, but doesn't mean you have to be green eyed limestone to do that!!
Well, all of you fangirls or Bleach fans know that he is hot and lovable (well, not ALL of you), plus with the little scenes between he and Orihime, you know...the HEART topic. Yes, I know there is many (like a lot) fanfiction about them both : Ulquihime, I read them.
Just for the info : 1. He is so cute in chibi
2. His voice actor, Daisuke Namikawa, sang on the Bleach Beat titled Crush the World Down. You should try it, it so resembling Ulquiorra
3.Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez (Bleach)
You know the rude Sexta Espada, Grimmjow. His rude bevahior, his own Code of Honor and his outfit makes him a great characther in his own way.
About his Code of Honor : if he held a grudge on certain people, he will keep it. If he owes one to people, he will repay them.
That unique Code of honor, plus his rude attitude makes him an unique character as well, although his rude and mean attitude prevent some fans for liking him. He also has one of the coolest Rssurection ; Panthera. I know a lot of fanfictions out there make fun of his Release form and writed that Grimmjow has cat-like behavior, how he like cat-nip for example. Those jokes actually funny though.
4. Mystogan (Fairy Tail)
Oh, this guy. When he first shown in the series, he was going to get a job, and put everyone to sleep except Master Makarov right before he went into the guild, wearing cloak-like outfit. And I thought "What the heck?!! This guy has some serious embarrassment issues or what !!"
But actually the mystery man is a Prince of Edolas and the Edolas counterpart of Jellal Fernandez, and he hides his face to avoid misunderstandings because he look exactly like him. Maybe you said "He has the same face as Jellal! How can he's the better one?". I know, I know..I thought his personality is worthy prince-like and the "shy-mysterious-guy" aura add plus to him, so I like him more.He has some cute childhood with Wendy too, when she crying after Grandeeney left her alone, he found her and accompany her before he forced to leave her the the false guild ; Cait Shelter.
5. Sebastian Michaelis (Black Butler)
What happened when you make a demon to become a butler? Truly a very admirable persona.
He is very calm kinda guy and respect his deal to Ciel Phantomhive and became his loyal butler. I'm actually dont know what to write about him anymore, I rarely watch Black Butler anime, so I don't know much about him.
6. Oreki Houtarou (Hyouka)
This main protagonist of mystery anime, Hyouka, has his own charm to the fans. This anime told a story involving four high school student that are member of Classic Club, and solving mysteries in their high school ; Kamiyama High School and surrounding. Oreki Houtaro is kinda Japanese version of Sherlock Holmes with the ability to solve all the mysteries in the series (I personally don't know how he did that 0_0).
Hōtarō Oreki has a very passive, calm and seemingly apathetic attitude. Along with his passive demeanor, Oreki seems to always "conserve energy" and never exerts effort on anything unless absolutely necessary; thus coming off as lazy.
7. Sasuke Uchiha (Naruto)
You somehow saw it come, aren't you, dear readers? Yes, this attractive guy is very popular among Naruto fans. His cold and serious personality levitated his character. Oh maybe the part where his brother murdered all of his clan member except himself and his younger brother, and told him to get stronger so he can face him the next them they meet really shape his character (I think traumatized him is more precise).But you know he also popular on the Naruto itself, many of unnamed Naruto girls have a crush on him (including Sakura, she really a fan, but she later change it...spoiler, blah blah blah ). So he is lovable character among Naruto fans and also among Naruto characters, he is the ideal popular guy !! (Just kidding, hehehe ^_^)
8. Itachi Uchiha (Naruto)
Alright, you know what the saying... what? Oh, it's the saying that say "like older brother, like younger brother", actually I kinda changed it a little. And I amaze of his complicated relationship with his brother, kinda... he appear hated his brother, but he cared so much for him, and... ****SPOILERS*** (sorry, I don't want to ruin the surprise).9. Kiba (Wolf Rain)
This main protagonist in Wolf's Rain is totally awesome !!! Besides he is a hot and handsome guy, he actually a wolf!!. And he very care about his "pride as a wolf " thingy, and felt that disguise himself as a human like a betrayal to his pride, but then he realized it is necessary for surviving. His bravery and all that fighting skills makes him a very great character
10. Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood)
I'm not so sure he is worthy to appeared on this list, he kinda useless (Roy Mustang : Hey!!). Sorry Roy, its the truth (Roy : I'll kill you!!). Alright, alright, he is charming actually and his noble dream to become the Fuhrer of Amestris is very...ahh.....hmmm... Impossible..?? (Roy: That's enough!!!), Geeezzz... you has some trouble at anger management, Roy, you need to calm down. I will praise you this time, just don't be mad, okay? *Sigh* His ability of being Flame Alchemist actually useful sometimes, especially in the fight with Envy, but its useless in the rain (Roy : Hrrrrrrrrrrnnnnnn) . Oh come on, Roy! You look stupod in that fight with Scar, you lucky you got Hawkeye to watch your back! (Roy : That's enough you moron!!)
