It means the song of the Celestial Fox. The fox's mother turned into falling star, leaving her daughter behind. "If you want to make your wish come true, 

then tell it to the divine Fox", that is what she told to her. As the time goes by, her daughter herself wished to the heaven (the falling star ; her mother ; The Divine Fox), to see her mother. And then she also transform into the falling star.
